Leigh Bday: Still No Shiny

Technically this is inaccurate as of a few days ago. But it was the idea I started with.

Birthday art for ~kourabiedes of her never ending search for a shiny Eevee...which has now ended, due to getting one from someone for her birthday.

I'm not great at drawing animal-like creatures, but I'm happy with how this turned out.
